I love the holidays as much as you do. I decorated even though we left town for two weeks. I will be sad to take everything down when we get home.
Someday your son may need therapy for those jammies though. My kids will be seeing the same therapist though so don't feel bad. This year I had to find more mature pj bottoms for my boys to wear (all matching) because my 12 year old is starting to resist the pajama tradition. What is wrong with him?
Ironically, since I'm a Mormon, I don't even drink tea. It was my husband, who, over the selection of Christmas cards early in our marriage, told me that my life was "like a little tea party." I didn't know what he meant then and still don't, but I do know that this "tea party" I'm living is bigger, better, messier, and tastier than I ever could have imagined. I'm just trying to record it so I can remember some of the details when the party winds down a bit.
