My Must See Pick of the Year

Why hasn't this movie found its audience? It's a slam dunk for me. Steve Carell is brilliant: vulnerable and sweet and still a little funny. But the whole movie deserves a standing ovation as far as I'm concerned. Have you seen it? What did you think?

And if not, well, get going if you can still find it. It's worth the $9.50, I swear!

I soooo LOVED this movie. Even enough to go see it again -(you game?) Although I did have to disagree with you on Enchanted. The end didn't bug me at all. Susan Surrandon isn't my favorite, but you have to admit when she was the hag -she was a good hag. I couldn't even look at her teeth.

This is hands down my favorite movie this year...I thought it was so witty and fun. It makes a great date night movie.

Haven't seen it yet but it's definitely on my to-do list. I love, love, love Steve Carrell. He's just about the only actor out there that can make me want to strangle him one minute and can have me weeping the next. I love him on The Office and he was so sweetly vulnerable in The Forty Year Old Virgin.

I've heard nothing but GREAT things about this flick. I just need to get to it.

I LOVED it. I saw it with my mom, and I warned her she probably wouldn't like it because nothing blows up, but it even had her laughing out loud.

Amen. Loved this movie!! For me, it's a toss up between this and Stardust for best movies of the year. P.S. I found your blog through my friend Betsy.
