Still Waiting

Still no baby. Just a week to go. Nothing to write about. Nothing is delightfully entertaining around here. Especially me. I just lumber around making a bed here or there, spot cleaning, or letting the laundry sit in the dryer for two days, whichever I please. It's hard to bend over.

But a ray of sunshine is on the horizon. Mom flies in at noon today. TLC is coming. Ahhh....

Moms are awesome--except mine lives ten minutes away and I hardly got any help with my 2nd and 3rd! Oh well, at least you're writing this the week before and not the week after you due date and still pregnant--that would have been me the last time. And I REFUSED to be induced again.

I hated the waiting game at the end of pregnancy. So, I made up my mind to skip the end. I had all three of my kids early.
I have all sorts of tricks, too, if you're interested.
-Black cohosh
-raspberry leaf tea
-walk, walk, walk, walk
-clean you whole entire house top to bottom in one day.
-hot, crazy, wild sex (this one works, I'm telling you!, and was recommended by my doc)

Hang in there, let your mom take care of the things around the house and relax!! Good luck when the time comes, you will do great!

This is the best part because it's almost over :) I am so excited for you. Getting TLC from your mom doesn't sound too shabby either. Good luck!

I'm so glad your mom is coming to help you out. She will be a "great" ray of sunshine.
Good luck in the up coming days. I can't wait to read the post that reads...
"He's here!!"

Oh, Laurel. I am so excited for this sweet little bundle of a boy to show up. Every time your blog has come up in my blog reader (for the last THREE weeks) I get so excited thinking maybe he is here!

And don't be nervous about labor. You will do wonderful. It is the most spiritual experience.

Let your mom do everything and just rest and enjoy some time with Logan and Griffin.

P.S. I need your address AGAIN. I know you've given it to me before but..... E-mail me if you get a chance. lisamariejensen at gmail dot com

I'm feeling the same way. What's my excuse!??

Oh, maybe the lack of dessert...
