Who Needs Monte Carlo?

I am really living the high life here, and should you have had your doubts about that, you won't after reading this post about all the things that I'm currently jazzed about.

1. I love my new Swiffer Sweeper Vac. I've determined that cleaning my wood floors is my least favorite job, probably because I have to do it so often, and this little tool makes it so much easier!

2. No, I'm not becoming a mechanic. Did you know that mineral spirits will take out any greasy stain from clothing? It's true. You know how sometimes you dry chapstick in the dryer by accident? Just me? Well, you can save all those clothes by rubbing mineral spirits on the greasy spots and washing it again. Now that is exciting!

3. I'm doing all my scrapbooking through blurb.com. I'm so excited about this I can hardly stand it. I create a book using their FREE downloadable software and they publish it for such a reasonable price (the best I've found so far) that I can't afford NOT to do it. I think I'm going to end up with a beautiful final product, and best yet, I can order one for each of my kids, too. Half the work, double the benefits, and no more mess. LOVE IT!

I dare any of the jet-set to compete with all that excitement. I mean c'mon! Can life get any better?

That scrapbooking thing looks pretty amazing -- I'm definitely going to check it out!

I use Grease Lightning for most of my greasy stains, but if I ever encounter a stubborn one, I'll definitely try this.

Tell me more about this scrapbooking thing..I currently have an old blog that I want to publish..would that site work for that?

And I hate cleaning my hardwoods...must look into the swiffer!

Its great to find joy in the small things isn't it?

I LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOVE the swiffer sweeper. I got it as a gift for my birthday and then I gave it twice for Christmas. It is the best thing and my kids love to use it.

I will have to try your scrapbooking site. I use Shutterfly and just did a book for Greg's grandma. It looks great, but it is very limited in what you can do.

Ooooh! I'm going to be checking out that scrapbooking site for sure. Thank you!

I'm not sure if I'm up to buying YET ANOTHER gadget for my floor. I think I'd rather just tear it all up with my bare hands. I'm so sick of my floor. You'll have to keep me posted on the vacuum swifter.

hmm, I have a blue shirt that has developed some mysterious greasy stains--must try mineral spirits. also, I will definitely go check out that scrapbooking site. I had found one that did beautiful books but never could afford the prices and you said this one was pretty reasonable...thanks for the tips!

Is this cheaper than shutterfly.com? I need to get on the band wagon.
